Together, Phineas and Ferb stared at the machine. Confused, skeptical, but nonetheless with a certain awe, they remained silent, bathed in a soft glow from the LCD display that faced them at eye level, while the machine itself seemed to loom over them in the darkness. It was only about a foot taller than them at most; no reason to be intimidated by such a thing at all. Until they had read the description.

"I-it can't be serious," Ferb said, momentarily shaking the two out of their trance. Phineas leant in to look at the description on the front once again.

Just a little conversation I had with, well…myself, really. A bit of insight as to what I'm considering jumping headfirst into as of late.

Here's hoping you can see the self-awareness of the strip and will be able to keep any comments about the quality of the art out of what you post.

Thank you. In truth, I can draw better than stick figures, and I'm pretty sure you know that; it's just that if I actually try to do as well as I'd like, I end up making a huge hash of it and feeling too bad to want to do it again, but within the limits of my ability.

This is so horrifically true that I think I might cry.

Beautiful conversation between you and yourself because it's so horribly true for most other people.

I have an awful need to have to draw everything a crazy and psychotic mix of manga, chibi (or something like that), and traditional cartoons. The final product is barf-worthy, though I have improved (thank God).

Wonderful wrok, Roy! And my cramps are terrible today. D:

Tank yuu! Huh; there actually isn't a smiley that has a tank in it, apparently.

Appreciate the comments. I wasn't really going for 'beautiful' as a responding adjective, but thanks anyway. It was mainly just supposed to be funny and show what I'm considering doing on top of writing at the moment.

Well, as I told Frank, I can only get better from here, right?
